On April 1, 2014 staff provided a wonderfully successful Falls Prevention Education Day.
The focus was on medication management for current inpatients, day program patients, ex-patients, relatives, friends and staff. The session was interactive with all attendees encouraged to get involved. Prizes were given for those who answered questions correctly. There was a falls demonstration, review of equipment and lots of educational material for participants to take away with them. A lovely morning tea was provided and the overall feedback was extremely positive
