We recently celebrated the anniversary of Marie who has been working at Alwyn for 40 years.
The CEO, John Franta remarked in his speech that this equates to 70,000 hours or 10,000 shifts. A remarkable achievement which Marie said you don’t see anymore. The Director, Helen Donnelly who worked with Marie for over 20 years, thanked Marie for all her hard work, dedication to the hospital and looks forward to the book that Marie will never write about the hospital.
Marie was given the latest laptop computer as a gift with some flowers and a certificate.
Marie stated that she really enjoys working with all her colleagues and enjoys coming to work, so no retirement plans yet.
